Terms of service

This document outlines the terms of service for the use of my services and software. These terms also apply to any products under my username and organizations that I own on github.

These include:

• 0x4248
• FurSoftLabs (Also known as FurSoft)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using my services and software, you agree to the terms of service outlined in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use my services and software.

2. Use of Public Open Source Software

Open source software is available in my GitHub repository and is mostly licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software under the terms of the license.

• You may fork the repository and modify the software to suit your needs.
• Using my open source software is allowed in commercial projects and for educational purposes.
• You may not use my software for illegal activities.
• Open source software can be reverse engineered, hacked or modified unless explicitly not allowed.
• You may not use my software for the creation of biological, nuclear, chemical, or any other weapons of mass destruction.
• Open source software is provided “as is,” without any warranty, and I am not liable for any damages caused by the software.
• Licenses for the software are provided in the repository. If they are not provided, please create an issue on the repository.

3. Use of Closed Source Software

Closed source software is privately developed software that does not have the source code available to the public. The source code for some of these projects may be available at a later date. By using closed source software under my username, you must agree to the following terms:

• Closed source software can be used for educational purposes.
• Commercial use of closed source software may be allowed; please check the included LICENSE file with the software package.
• Closed source software must not be decompiled or reverse engineered unless explicitly allowed.
• Closed source software must not be used for illegal activities.
• Closed source software must not be used for the creation of biological, nuclear, chemical, or any other weapons of mass destruction.
• Closed source software is provided “as is,” without any warranty, and I am not liable for any damages caused by the software.

4. Other Content

Other content like images, videos, audio, and text may be available on my website, services and github repositories. Please check the licence of the content before using it. This type of content must not be used for the following:

• AI training (Unless explicitly allowed)
• AI testing (Unless explicitly allowed)
• Illegal activities

5. Warranty

I AM NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES. THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

6. Harassment

Harassment targeted at me or on my services will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech (Racial, Sexual, Religious, Homophobia, Transphobia, Anti-furry, Ableism)
• Threats of violence
• Doxxing (Threats and actions of revealing personal information)
• Stalking
• Sexual harassment
• Bullying

This also includes harassment on my GitHub repositories.

7. Hacking and Breaching of Security

Hacking and breaching security on my services are not allowed.

7.1 General

• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of my services.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the services in any way.
• Attempting to hack or breach security on my services will result in a permanent ban.

7.2 Security Vulnerabilities

If you find a security vulnerability in my services, you can create a GitHub issue in the repository or contact me directly.

7.3 DDoS Attacks

Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks are not allowed on my services. My website is protected by Cloudflare, and DDoS attacks will be mitigated. During a DDoS attack, the website may be unavailable, or you may be presented with a CAPTCHA page.

7.4 Legal Action

If you are found to be hacking or breaching security on my services, I reserve the right to take legal action against you.

8. Privacy Policy

I do not collect any personal information from users of my software. However, some of my software may use third-party services that may collect data. Please refer to the privacy policy of the third-party service for more information.

9. Changes to Terms of service

I reserve the right to change these Terms of service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms of service. Your continued use of my services and software after the posting of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
