GRANT OF LICENCE 9 101.1 FMOD Studio Authoring Tool 11 12This EULA grants you the right to use FMOD Studio Authoring Tool for all use, 13including Commercial use, subject to the following: 14 15 i. FMOD Studio Authoring Tool is used to create content for use with the 16 FMOD Studio Engine only; 17 18 ii. FMOD Studio Authoring Tool is not redistributed in any form. 19 201.2 FMOD Studio Engine 21 22This EULA grants you the right to use FMOD Studio Engine, for personal 23(hobbyist), educational (students and teachers) or Non-Commercial use only, 24subject to the following: 25 26 i. FMOD Studio Engine is integrated and redistributed in a software 27 application (Product) only; 28 29 ii. FMOD Studio Engine is not distributed as part of a game engine or tool 30 set; 31 32 iii. FMOD Studio Engine is not used in any Commercial enterprise or for any 33 Commercial production or subcontracting, except for the purposes of 34 Evaluation or Development of a Commercial Product; 35 36 iv. Non-Commercial use does not involve any form of monetisation, 37 sponsorship or promotion; 38 39 v. Product includes attribution in accordance with Clause 3. 40 412.OTHER USE 42 43For all Commercial use, and any Non Commercial use not permitted by this 44license, a separate license is required. Refer to www.fmod.com/licensing for 45information. 46 473. CREDITS 48 49All Products require an in game credit line which must include the words “FMOD 50Studio” and “Firelight Technologies Pty Ltd”. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 54 55We are and remain at all times the owner of the Software (including all 56intellectual property rights in or to the Software). For the avoidance of doubt, 57nothing in this EULA may be deemed to grant or assign to you any proprietary or 58ownership interest or intellectual property rights in or to the Software other 59than the rights licensed pursuant to Clause 1. 60 61You acknowledge and agree that you have no right, title or interest in and to 62the intellectual property rights in the Software. 63 645.
