The value for maxBlockCount should be populated XrWorldMeshStateRequestCompletionML::meshBlockStateCountOutput. As long as the maxBlockCount is equal or larger to this XrWorldMeshStateRequestCompletionML::meshBlockStateCountOutput, a memory block may be re-used for new requests.
