The Antonov An-225 Mriya was a Soviet cargo plane which was currently owned by the Ukrainian company Antonov Airlines. It was the largest cargo plane ever built and was designed to transport the Soviet space shuttle Buran. Before its destruction in 2022, it was used for transporting heavy and oversized cargo around the world such as Airbus A380 fuselages, trains, and even other aircraft.

Before its destruction, the AN-225 was one of my favorite aircraft, and I always wanted to see it in person. This never happened due to the ongoing war in Ukraine.
